Hovenier has written in <x0X” that Kosovars have included in their constitution the determination to build a democratic future.
“Glorified Constitution Day, Kosovo! Kosovars have established in their constitution the determination for the “built a future of Kosovo as a free, democratic and benevolent country of peace, which will be the home of all its citizens...”, Had written on Havener.
The ambassador has stressed that they are proud of the support they give to Kosovo and its people.
“We are proud of our support as we co-operate with the people of Kosovo to achieve the vision set out in the Kosovo Constitution”, Havenier wrote.
Kosovo's constitution was ratified on April 9, 2008, and took effect on June 15, 2008.
The constitution is the highest judicial act, guaranteeing fundamental rights and freedoms of all citizens of the country.
