Haradinaj: We have a government that has repeatedly violated the Constitution.

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has participated in the central manifesto “Kostares' Bette”.

He has said that victory in Kostunica was not only moral victory, it opened the way for arms supply even to the war zones in the interior of the country.

“Today Kosovo marks one of the most important days of its citizenship, Kostunica's Battle and the day of the Constitution's adoption. Our liberation war had some crucial moments, including the battle in Kostunica. Breaking the Kosovo border to Albania was a day of joy for all Albanians, especially for KLA fighters on front lines. The victory in Kostunica was not only moral victory, it opened the way to arms supply and logistical support for many war zones in the interior of the country”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has remembered the fall of this battle 25 years ago.

On her 25th anniversary, we remember heroes with the highest respect; Agim Ramadani, Sali Ceku, Xhemajl Fetah and all the fallen ones, who courageously and their blood marked one of the most important events of our freedom struggle”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has also talked about the Kosovo Constitution, which today marks its representative.

On the same date when we honor our liberation war and its heroes, we also mark the Day of the Constitution. The Republic of Kosovo has the modern and advanced Constitution that is written on the highest principles of humanity by exalting human rights, guaranteeing and protecting minority rights, and is guarantor of the principles of freedom, democracy and justice strong guardians of anyone who endangers our system with authoritarian approach”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has said that on this anniversary of the Constitutional Day, Kosovo has a government that has repeatedly violated it.

On today, on the 16th anniversary of the Constitutional Day note, we have a government that has repeatedly violated the Constitution, whether through the making of anti-unconstitutional decisions or its contempt. So I call on the government to withdraw from anti-unconstitutional behavior and maintain state judicial security”, Haradinaj has concluded.
