The news has confirmed for “Justice Vow “, Mirlinda Gashi, spokesperson for the Constitutional Court in Pristina, which said Osmani and Beqiri are suspected of criminal work “grave murder at attempted”, while Osmani is also suspected of non-licit weapons.

“The court estimates that the conditions for the detention have been met, so if the two defendants are left in freedom, the same may be unattainable for criminal procedure, there's risk of leaving them, and this would make it difficult for them to complete this procedure successfully, as well as for the M.B.B. and A.O.O. if they are on freedom, they can eliminate, hide, change or forge evidence of criminal acts, or prevent the course of criminal procedure by influencing other defendants who are on the run, the witnesses may also influence the case of<>, the report is said.
The report says that on Gracanica street,Laplasella, on April 16th, near the archaeological site “Ulpina”, defendants due to preliminary disputes, with the aim of revenge tend to deprive each other of life and deliberately endanger the lives of one or more people.

On the other hand, Kosovo Police (PK) through the 24-hour police report on Wednesday provided additional details, saying that from a car that was on the move and high speed, it was fired at gunpoint in the direction of another vehicle in motion.
Police reported that one suspect at the scene has handed over the gun he had with permission, while five shellings have been found from the firearm. The case was initiated initially as “attempted murder”.
