Serbia must stop embarrassing itself and immediately allow citizens with Kosovo passports and IDs to cross the Batrovci border! Freedom of movement must be provided to all, without discrimination based on nationality”, wrote it in “X” today.
For blocking over 300 Kosovo citizens have also reacted from the European Union.
Peter Stano has said that the European Union is informed of the case of stopping travellers and buses from Kosovo by the authorities in Serbia and is following the situation closely. In this case, the EU finds Serbia is violating the freedom of movement agreement.
We are aware of the situation and are following it closely. The agreement on freedom of movement reached within the EU facilitated dialogue sets clear parameters about the entry and exit of Kosovo citizens to and from Serbia. The current situation represents violations of this deal”, has declared Stano for the REL.
For Kosovo citizens, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, called for the quick reaction of international partners.
The first of the state said that the responsibility for what is happening on the borders is Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
Serbia is taking revenge on Kosovo citizens a day after the Council of Europe vote in the APEC, holding many hostages at the border points, fearing them, confiscated documents and deprived them of food. A man is responsible for this: Vuchy. As I did all day, I call on our partners for quick action”, He wrote Osman on Facebook.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has named Serbia's revenge for the Council of Europe's Assembly vote, the ban of Kosovo citizens at Serbian border crossings.
Kurti in a reaction at <x0X” said that since this morning, over 300 Kosovo citizens -- including children -- have been banned arbitraryly on borders, deprived of food and medicine.
That said Kurti is a flagrant violation of human rights.
While, for what happened today, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas Donika Grovalla-Schwarz has called the conference today at 6:30.
