“Flys, flies Ground”, police arrest activist Djindovci

Police have forcibly distributed activists of the Student Religious Movement and other activists who have been protesting before the Rector for the dismissal of Professor Xawat Krasniqi, who is suspected of sexual harassment against students since morning.

Activists had blocked the reactor's entry by unable to access and exit this facility.

Rron Djindovci from ORCA has been arrested by police during the action to disperse protesters.

The Ethics Council of the University of Pristina (UP), following three weeks after reporting the case, has launched the first-ever review of the indictments submitted by 27 students for sexual harassment against Education Faculty professor Dzevat Krasniqi on March 28th. Ani that the regulation for disciplinary measures and procedures on academic staff envisions the parties being interviewed within five days after denouncing a violation.

COHA Reported weeks ago that 27 students denounced the Education Professor for nonprofessional behavior in academic environments. In their complaint the students have stressed that the professor has addressed them with unprofessional behavior and comments on their physical appearance.
