There will be discussion and voting for Kosovo's application to the Council of Europe tomorrow.

MPJ has said the Assembly's 2/3 votes are needed to recommend the KE Ministerial Council's accession. After that, Kosovo's full membership in the Council of Europe would remain only the last step, which would be the decision of the Ministerial Council.

According to the MPJDʹ, the first opportunity to make this decision would be to meet on May 16th of this year.

The Council of Europe General Assembly of Tuesday is in order to discuss and vote for Kosovo. The Assembly's 2/3 votes are needed to recommend the KiE Ministerial Council for Kosovo's accession.
