CEC presents voter ballot ballots for departure of mayors in four northern municipalities

The CEC has published the number of citizens eligible for voting process for or against the departure of mayors from office in the municipalities of Leposavic, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica, which will be held on 21 April 2024. This list includes 46,556 voters or 1,461 voters more than [the...] elections.
This list includes 46,556 voters or 1,461 voters more than elections held on April 23rd 2023.
According to data from the voter list, the number of new voters to vote for the first time is 1,826 voters, of whom:
A further 293 young voters who, after extraordinary elections held on April 23, 2023, have reached eighteen years; and
1,533 voters who were not on the Voters' List in the extraordinary elections held on April 23rd 2023, who could be considered registered for the first time in the Central Civil Registry or Voters who have changed the municipality after those elections.
“According to the voter list report, the number of voters who have left as dead, who have changed the municipality or given up the citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo after the extraordinary elections held on April 23rd 2023 is 365<18x1>, the CEC reports.
According to published guidelines, citizens can respond with “po” or “jo” on the question of agreeing to have the chairman of one of the four municipalities in the north fired.
