However, this initiative of running away or not of mayors has failed.
Today, the outcome of this process has become known.
In Leposaviq 6 citizens have voted for the departure of Lulzim Hetemi, and another 129 have voted no.
In Zubin Potok, for Izmir Zeqiri no vote has been against leaving, while 18 have voted for no.
In Zvecan, it only figures one vote for Ilir Peci to continue to be mayor of this municipality.
While for northern Mitrovica, 12 votes have been in favour of Erden Attiqi's departure, while 99 have not.
Details on Periscope have provided CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi.
“In these final results can be seen any change in terms of the total number of votes from what the CEC has presented at the 7:30 conference on April 21st.
This is because votes from the vote with Kusht are included in these final results, and votes from the vote of people with special needs. In voting-day reports, the CEC usually refers only to statistics from regular polling, which does not include the vote with Condition and the vote of the Special Persons (VPNV), he has said of Periscope.
