The United Nations Security Council discussed the security situation.
In the speech of the Great Britain representative, it was said that this country is a long-term supporter of Kosovo's independence and sovereignty.
“We are with government efforts to reinforce law enforcement, for properties from 2016 to Decan. We are also supporters of aspirations for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe”, he said.
He stressed that the two countries should also be committed to forming the Serb majority municipalities' association.
The Briton added that the “lack of a comprehensive agreement on normalisation of Kosovo reports Serbia has negative implications for the region”.
The diplomat said that both Kosovo and Serbia should be constructively involved in the EU-enlightened dialogue.
The UN's Great Britain representative also cited the dinar issue, which he said should take a solution.
