Peci said that the enemy of association is Serbian President Alexander Vuciq himself.
“He wants all this work done is to make the association not done, he wants the partition of Kosovo also to show that Kosovo does not implement anything, and he does not want to leave any other solution than a strong territorial autonomy... even those only in the north, which can then join Serbia”, Peci said, adding that part of this scenario has been Banjska's attack.
