The deputy in a proposal for the Periscope Journal has said that it sees no success with today's CEC action for current leaders to leave through the Administrative Guide procedure.
Whatever happened today I don't see it as a success. Administrator's guidance has created room for some kind of calculator... I've said it and still say I don't see any success. The CEC knows better procedures, let the process flow, but I don't believe in the referendum. That's what I think” has Zeqiri.
