The BBC reports that two weeks ago, the US issued an unusual warning to its citizens in Russia. They reportedly have <x0remists plan to attack large gatherings of people in Moscow, including” concerts.
The message said that American citizens should avoid large gatherings during the next 48 hours.
The BBC reports that the warning may have links to what is happening now. But there is no indication of who these extremists could be.
The White House has reacted quickly, saying there is no indication that Ukraine or any Ukrainian was involved in the attack. The BBC says the rapid response was made to have no abuse of any interconnection with Ukraine.
