In this tender three companies had applied, with the criterion of giving this tender being economically more favourable:

- “VM3 SH.P.K., Pristina, Total value of bid ) 99,851.60 euros
- “Graphics Trade Company, Blendi O.P. Gustav Mayer No.13, Pristina, Total value of the bid- 99,767.11 euros.

As Periscop has seen, from documents published in the KCPP, dated 08.09.23, the presidency has declared the company a winner “Graphics Trade Company, Blendi O.P. ” The KPS, which had the cheapest price and according to the Presidency, was in order with documentation.



Periscop has found that the company that won this tender from the presidency has also had contracts with the Vetevendosje Movement.
According to the “list of donations to Political Subjections for 202118x1> local elections that LVV has handed over to the Election Commission, it finds that services were bought from this company.
