Ukraine's Ambassador to Tirana: Kosovo recognition issues of time

Kosovo's “Recognition is a matter of times”, so said Ukraine's Ambassador to Albania Voldymyr Shkurov, who indicated that nothing is impossible but stressed that more are concerned about how they might get out of the war fire. Volodyr Shkurov: We know about Kosovo's help and appreciate that assistance. This case is on the agenda. Ukraine today is thinking more about how it will come out of the fire of war and the issue of recognising Kosovo has more political character, where some elements may not appear on general lines should be calculated.
