He has said that in six ministries and KEK, without procurement procedures and without transparency, 220 contracts worth 153m euros have been negotiated.
“In a broader research the PDK has done, which included Telekom and other ministries, amounts to 202m euros for those two years, contracts that are without procurement procedure, without competition”, Tahiri said.
“I have the names of 202 contracts... we have offered the name of each contract for the investigative commission”, he said in “Frontal”.
Tahiri said the investigative commission is seeking to bring together some experts and, without or without, have rationality and legal basis these 220 contracts.
He said KEK has the largest number of single-source contracts.
“80 contracts worth 102m euros”, he said.
