Mother X.S from the Pristina municipality has confessed that during 1923 she left Kosovo for France, due to the need for good conditions but, above all, for a more dignified life for children.

She claims that her son and daughter had followed up on lessons at the Low High School Under School Naim Frasher.

He says without hesitation that the girl was having problems with recent development. Her teacher, she felt, did not treat and value her properly by avoiding her daily activities.

So, as she says from this bitter experience and for other reasons, she has the opportunity to migrate, and she decides to do so without question.

I got the kid in 2023. I got the kids at school. Naim Frasher. I got the kid in Pristina. I got the girl with late development problems. I had problems with my teacher. I had problems with my teacher. I didn't care.

She recalls that she had decided to take another supportive teacher but that she was not allowed by her daughter's teacher, even though the school principal was of reconciliation.

The girl wasn't aggressive, but she's been kind to me, and she's got some complaints. So I'm going to get a support teacher, an assistant to the ready girl, the fool to see how I'm working, and she's going to work at school with them, she hasn't been there, she hasn't met, she hasn't told me no support teacher, she doesn't have a chance to get back up, I'm going to the director, she's not allowed to let her go to school, she's going away from school, she's got a school car from school, she's been out of school, she's been out of school, and I've been out of nowhere. Because of conditions and children I've come fuck with a lot, she said.

Sociologist, Beauty Rrustemi, says that migration as a phenomenon is following our society for several years as a result of a serious economic situation, low quality of education, among other things job uncertainty, and not health insurance.

Historically, the reasons for migration have been different. We're now talking about the legal migration that's happening in our society, and most of the time it's happening with a working visa. Migrating has many consequences, among them is a breakdown in the balance of age, gender, a reduction in the scale of nature, and a way of demography. Many schools, especially in rural countries, are closing down, and many are at risk because of a lack of students, it is noteworthy that this is due to low nighthood and migration. This situation creates problems for many educators to lose their jobs, and then it creates economic crises in their families.

For TV Arberia by the Suhareka Commission's Education Directorate have announced that the reasons for leaving during January from schools in the Suhareka municipality are the family union all after visa liberalisation.

)On the basis of information from Suhareka municipality schools that the students leave schools during January 2024 after visa liberalisation) is the family union, they say.

Also on the part of the Gjilan Education Directorate, they have said that family association with parents for a better life is a reason to move out of Kosovo.

The reason is the family union with parents, and some have emigrated for a better life. In all, there are 34 students, where 25 students are from elementary school and 9 are from high school”, they said. It's from the municipality of Gjilan.

Unlike the high-level DKA mentioned, it from the Gjakova municipality has revealed mainly other reasons for leaving students' school.

The key reasons for the dropout of school by students are due to age, due to severe economic situation, because of employment at very young age/re, due to the risk of unannounced road, large dog attendance and transport”, they say.

EThe education center, Youth Qehaja, does not view the student decline as surprising, but considers that the institutional response to this change is urgently needed.

The student decline is not surprising. Statistics Agency statistical projections warn this for years. The institutional response to this change is what is urgently needed. Education policies have to adapt to the statistical trend of reducing the number of students. This included, among other things, planning to recruit teachers, infrastructural investment plans, rescheduling school spaces, planning to restructure the number of students in schools. But, for one thing, the important thing is to understand who the real number of students is as compared to the number of teachers, and school spaces in use, and this as a country analysis undertaken by the MASTICHA, Qehaja said.

But Sociologist Beauty Rrustemi points out that legal migration is the right of each individual but that it considers it necessary to reform the education system, and that the state needs to create better conditions for its citizens.

The small number of students in class does not create a good learning atmosphere, and there is no competition among students. To be honest, legal migration is the right of each individual but the state must create better living conditions for its citizens, salary increases, the protection of workers' rights, even in the private sector. It has to refer to the education system to raise the quality of learning, improve the health sector for providing services in good terms, it concludes.
