Putin: Serbs have been Russia's most trusted allies for centuries, we remember and appreciate that

In his speech at the World Youth Festival in Sirius, Russia's President Vladimir Putin referred to the Western Balkans region, namely Montenegro.

Montenegro's “State and its people have always been close to us in terms of religion and culture”, Putin said.

He also had a comment on Serbia.

“Serbs have been Russia's most trusted allies for centuries we know, we remember and appreciate that,” stressed Putin.
