The Justice Co-ordinator in the PDK's Good Governance Cabinet, Progress Gruda, has voiced concern over this political subject over the latest shares of Specialised Chambers.
He has called the recent detentions a campaign of persecution by the Special Court and has demanded that they stop.
“concerned the raids and detentions of former state and party officials Sami Lushtaku Sylejman Selimi and Hajredin Kuci. This campaign of persecution constitutes the DPS' failure to argue with their claims on charges, during court hearings”, Gruda has indicated.
“The PDK wants this campaign of persecution to stop and return to their work within the mandate which the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo has given to”.
Otherwise, the Special Court has been activated this week where it conducted raids on the home of former KLA chief Sylejman Selimi, contacted former Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci and confiscated the phone of former KLA commander Sami Lushtaku.
