The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has published the official agenda for the spring session. The agenda confirms that the discussion on Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe will take place 18 April.
According to the agenda, the discussion will begin at 10:00 and will take two and a half hours.
There will be a presentation of the report by Kosovo Rapporteur Dora Baokyanis, Azdeh Royhan from Sweden and Beatrice Fresko Rolf of Monaco.
After the debate, there will be a vote, and if Kosovo succeeds in this phase, the vote expected to take place in May at the Council of Ministers of the KiE will be the one to determine whether Kosovo can join the Council of Europe. /GazetaExpress
