LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku has reacted today over the debate at the Kosovo Assembly in terms of single-source tenders, which Kurti Government has granted by large.
Abdixhiku, in a video published in his official profile, has clarified what single-source tenders are and has said that the Kurti Government for three years has given him 781 or translated into euros, totaling 209m euros.
He said that at the hearing where he was discussed on the subject, power left the hall, and according to Abdixhiku that is a sign that they are hiding something.
In the video away, Abdixhiku also talked about concrete tenders, citing MBP, KEK and other institutions. The LDK leader has said the Independence Commission will be established and all will be held responsible.
We had a session in the Assembly Thursday. We dealt with a very special, very important issue, the one-manic tender. For those of you who don't know, single-source tenders are direct state negotiations with businesses. So the state, it doesn't do procedures, it doesn't tender, it doesn't race, but it calls a business and gives it a tender. Such tenders have been awarded in Kosovo for three years full of 781 sosh. 781 tender worth 209m euros for three years. In the power chamber, the court faced debate, released the hall. Besides being a strange case of power leaving the hall was a sign of a tendency to hide something. I'll take two examples just to get a better understanding. The first has to do with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a total of 15m euros have been granted in direct negotiation for an IT service. Such service is provided with dozens of companies in Kosovo, the region and across Europe. But the state has chosen a separate company to receive services from them and to give them directly 15m euros, without competition without procedure”, Obadiah has said.

“O in KEK 13 directly negotiated single-source tenders have been given a single business, 13 times a business has received money from KEK, worth a total of 6m euros.
This form of public money giving is simply unacceptable. That's why we're going to have an investigative commission, we're going to address each contract except for the country's judges to see and understand exactly how their money is being spent.
There is no political power, no arrogance, and no power that allows the money of Kosovo citizens to be delivered to the table with such simple negotiation.
Everyone will be held responsible!
