Obadiah: Constitutional decisions are incompatible, fake - cause Kurti has come to power

The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has said the Constitutional Court's decisions are unattended and are applicable. He has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has knowingly chosen to build the basis for coming to power at such false causes, but after coming to power, he found that false causes do not stand.

The Constitutional Court's decisions are now inconsistent, and when I say inconsistent terms, it means that they too are applicable. It's a sign of democratic maturity first for a state and society, and this has been our always standing as LDK. Unfortunately Kurti has knowingly chosen to build the basis for coming to power in such false causes and now in power has realized that false causes do not stand but they are still harmful. So it's come to possess a false cause is a huge consequence for the country, for political and democratic stability”, he said.

Abdixhiku, in regard to last night's meeting with US Emissar for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, has said that at that meeting they have been informed of bilateral relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

According to him, at that meeting it became clear that relations between the US and Kosovo have not been once lower than they are today.

“As for last night's meeting, it was an informative meeting on bilateral relations between Kosovo and the US, to put it more simply in what was clearly and aloud told us were not once lower than they are today. Lack of close co-operation with our main allies, with the US, brings consequences to Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integration, and this situation is disturbing to us. Now Kurti represents the Government of Kosovo and these consequences are certainly carried even to Kosovo's fate. But it is up to all of us to maintain and cultivate these resolutions that they are essential are irreplaceable”, he said.

Bajrami: Over 1800 single-source contracts worth over 240m euros were signed during the Kurti government. These contracts are a source of corruption.
