He even said he would help Kosovo with full membership.
After Russia's expulsion for reasons understandable by the Council of Europe, according to him, a better atmosphere has been created for the states of Europe, with liberal spirit for Kosovo to join the KiE.
In this interview Mandl has spoken and about talks, association and other commitments for integration.
He said that in Kosovo there can be no Republika Srpska as there is in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that neither the Constitution of Kosovo nor the integrity of Kosovo can be violated.
Meanwhile, he has welcomed the government's decision regarding the Decani properties and monastery.
