A man from Malisevo reported being violated, after the examination turns out to be lying

The 1999-born Kosovo male victim (now suspected) was reported sexually violated by Kosovo's male suspect”, reports the police report.

Under the prosecutor's decision <x0viktima” has been sent for medical examination, while the case has been described as a case of violation.

In the case, police investigators in co-operation with the state prosecutor have immediately taken necessary investigative action, after which it has proved that the case reported as a violation had not been true.

After taking these investigative actions, confirming the suspect's current actual situation and interviewing (which has acknowledged that all that had been reported about the violation has been undoubtedly), in consultation with the state prosecutor, the case has been re-qualified in “false warning or confession” and the suspect has been detained in 48 hours' maintenance.
