The LDK a releases the list of single-source contracts to the Government: Power not exploit propaganda companies

Kosovo's Telekom has today accused LDK deputy Hykmete Bajrami of slandering her at the Assembly session for single-source tenders regarding the company. Telekom's response reportedly during 2022 and 2023 so far, this company through negotiation procedure without publication or [...]
Telekom's response reportedly has linked 17 contracts to different operators, worth 1,703,512.07, “not 28 contracts worth 21m euros, as Bajrami” has declared.
That reaction, the Democratic League of Kosovo has been countered by publishing the list of negotiating contracts, which have been provided by the Public Prosecutorial Regulatory Commission.
In the LDK response, power reportedly escaped from facing the Assembly, and that now “is exploiting other propaganda mechanisms through public enterprises controlled by Vetevendosje Movement exhibits”.
This reaction, in an attempt to break down official information from the Public Procurement Commission, instead of clarifying all circumstances of the 21m euros contracted directly, chose to deal with the deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami. Deputy Chairman Bajrami has declared in the country that according to the Public Procure Regulatory Commission, among the 781 direct negotiation contracts in Kosovo Telekom figure 28 such contracts worth 21.31 000 ON March 2021 through January 2024. The authenticity of this fact can easily confirm on the CAPP list, which you find in the veget below”, is said in response.
The LDK has said that the Government of Kosovo and the Telekom management are obliged to render accounts for these contracts and to clarify whether public procurement legal procedures have been followed for each.
Therefore, the Democratic League of Kosovo has called for the establishment of the parliamentary investigative commission for all direct contracts of this government. We will use all institutional and constitutional mechanisms until the dawning of all cases where there are doubts about abuse. At the same time, we seek the power not to exploit public enterprises as means for party propaganda, but to confront us where they belong in the Assembly”, it is said further in response.
