He on a writing on his page at Faceboo has said that on the second day of his stay at the Council of Europe in Paris, he focused on bilateral meetings with the heads of the Council of Europe's member delegations, and MPs to seek their support by vote on March 27th, and at the Parliamentary Assembly in mid-April.

“in separate meetings and discussions, I noticed that support for Kosovo from a large number of EU states and members is positive. Also, it notes Serbia's influence on several delegations to oppose -- or at least to abstain from the process” -- it has written, among other things.

According to Tahiri, there is even little indication that the path to membership will be experienced.
