He on a writing on his page at Faceboo has said that on the second day of his stay at the Council of Europe in Paris, he focused on bilateral meetings with the heads of the Council of Europe's member delegations, and MPs to seek their support by vote on March 27th, and at the Parliamentary Assembly in mid-April.
