Opposition party members received criticism as regards the Ministry of Industry's response to the documentation required by the commission.
VV deputy Halil Thaci has said he has not been known to manage with the Investigative Commission for four months.
“We have after four months to work, it is not known to manage the work on this Parliamentary Investigative Commission”, he said.
AAK MP Paul Lekaj has criticised the minister for failing to respond positively to the required documentation, and he has said that politics is hindering the work of this Commission.
And as for the work of this Commission, I think we haven't done the job for what we've been called for and no one has the right to have any documentation asked not to be accepted. There are political dictates to the minister and the minister is not responding, we should follow the legal procedure for failing to respond to the ministry for required legal documentation. I think in vain we postpone the deadline when we're not interested in getting to light what we've been called for. Clearly, there are political obstacles. We also ask for the extension of the deadline because the majority has no interest at”, he said.
MP Halil Thaci has said it is not true that there are political obstacles, but that the obstacle in this case is the law under which the ministry has been called.
It's a lie. It's called discripta and it's really got political obstacles. There's a barrier here. Don't call it a secret, we haven't done anything for four months since some depuétes don't know. It's not my fault the leader can't manage”, he said.
During this discussion there were clashes between LDK deputy Doarsa Kica Xhelili and VV deputy Salih Zyba.
This is after MP Kica Xhelili has said she must address the competent court to seek necessary documentation and if the ministry does not respond positively, then the ministry will be prosecuted.
MP Zyba has said MP Kica Xhelili with warnings of prosecution are blackmailing and that these are unacceptable.
These blackmailes are not acceptable. Stop, stop coming from us. Stop threatening and blackmailing. The warnings college gave him are forcing us not to follow the common road. We're not for quorum”, he said.
“Vers or fall” Conjufca: I'm a long time for elections. We need to talk to parties.
