Kastrati: Kurti for a handful of votes is hurting relations with US, EU

MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Ardian Kastrati, has reacted after statements made by Escobar, where Kurti refused proposals for the dinar, and unveiled the next two conditions for Kosovo's accession to the KiE, where one of them was also the Association.

Kastrat, in a proposal for Blic newspaper, says Kurti for a handful of votes is hurting relations with the US and the EU.

“Loja with dinar and billboards in the north is Kurti's dirty game of keeping his fanatics alive for elections, but so for fists are hurting relations with the US with the EU and therefore the interests of Kosovo”, he says.

He also stresses that the price Kosovo paid for Kurti's targat and dinar prices are autonomy for Serbs, sanctions from the EU and collapse with the US.

After all the trauma Kurt caused the public with license plates, dinar, billboards, etc., now in the north through elections, they will return to the municipalities approximately the same political structures that were passed over by Radojcicici, so we'll go back to zero. Kastrati says Kurti saw KFOR and the US, cannot possibly control the north.

This is Kurt's farce, part of his deceptive populist discours for elections because without KFOR, without the US he can't keep the practical control of the north. He added that from this arrogant approach of Kurt we can have sanctions and other isolation, and not only obstacles to the Council of Europe.

“As always, amateur access to diplomacy so no initial co-ordination and non-co-operation with the Allies miss the monastery decision. Now this arrogant amateur approach of Kurt is afraid to bring us to sanctions and other isolation, and not just obstacles to the Council of Europe. Virtually now Kosovo is without allies. When I talk about sanctions and other isolation, I am thinking about what harms Kosovo, because personal sanctions for Kurt and his cabinet are only being seen. They are completely isolated from bilateral meetings (but on issues related to dialogue or multilaterial organizations) and the isolation for them is getting worse every day and more”, he added.

The MP says that through Prime Minister Kurti we are seeing how seriously Kosovo's interest is being damaged.
