Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj told the media after the session's closure, that the ongoing debates are understood not to fully accept this requirement, as Berisha is treated as a simple person without taking into account his mandate.
“They do not accept absolutely, demand that they be treated as a commoner no matter his mandate. This is Eddie Rama's strategy and his scenarios that we will respond to in legal ways. I'll be in more detail after 15.30 when the court announces the verdict. Our request in each court will be the release of Berisha”, Gjokutaj said.
