The Lebanese militant group, Hezbollah, launched missile attacks on Israel a day after the war between Israel and Hamas began, the Palestinian group declared terrorist organisations by the United States and the European Union in Gaza on 7 October.
Since then, Hezbollah and Israel have exchanged fire on almost daily bases, mainly in the area along the Lebanon-Israel border, while international mediators are trying to prevent a full-scale war between Israel and Hezbollah.
Hezbollah's missile attacks were carried out in the northern Israeli town of Kirjat Schmona and to a military base located in the city.
Rescue teams in Israel said a 25-year-old was killed in Hezbollah's attacks, meanwhile, a person has been injured.
Since the violence between Hezbollah and Israel has erupted, nine civilians and 11 soldiers have been killed in Israel. Meanwhile, almost 240 Hezbollah fighters and about 40 civilians were killed in Lebanon. rel
