The Hague-American former diplomat: Remi, Haradinaj and Rama opposed reshuffle, had a sense of independence

He said they had the power to resist because of its sources of funding and those to secure weapons.

“We knew there was resistance to reshuffle of KLA areas from 7 to 3.
