On the matter of the Law on Reproductive Health and Associated Fertilization, Besa Gaggeri has expressed surprise about how either an MP or two can talk to a religious clergyman such as Mufti Naim Trnava.
Gageri has indicated that it has been very disturbing for him because this issue is regulated by the country's constitution.
That's what Gagger said on the “Personial” show on Duguagjini Television.
A deputy had gone to Ternava mufti with the discutu for this law, for me it was very disturbing. How dare one MP/deputate go to diskute with religious clergymen on issues we have in the constitution. If we dare do such things, the deputy and MP themselves. What should we look for in citizens? What example are we setting? It takes competent bodies to take steps. We have women who have problems, and want to have children they cost thousands of euros. Our country is claiming to offer such an opportunity at less expense. The aspect that a woman without a husband cannot bear children is absurd for discussion and thought. We have no right to mix”, Gagger declared.
Gageri has added that the country's institutions continue to be fragile, and the political mentality is not as it should be.
This is one of the topics, or the approach or behavior of MPs since I compare with today's first and current mandate with concern and I see degradation. I'm not trying to make a commitment like us, but no one can reason with me getting into those halls, with people's faith, and translating into your own personal ideology is unforgivable. When I see MPs and deputies, who don't know or know, or want to respect their constitution. Which entereth into the assembly to swear by them, and begineth to break them; even so is this law concerning me unforgiving. It shows that institutions are still fragile, and our political mentality is not right. Each of us can think differently, but we have laws and the Constitution, no matter how ideology, profession, and purpose I have to respect that”, and Gagger added.
