The European Union is shocked over the attack in Moscow, where 40 people were killed and over 100 others injured.
So said the union spokesman, Peter Stano, through an X reaction.
“The EU is in shock and terrified of reports of the terrorist attack in the Crous City Hall in Moscow”, Stano wrote.
“The EU condemns any attacks on civilians. Our thoughts are with those Russian citizens affected”, he concludes.
