Once the ban on using the Serbian dinar in the Republic of Kosovo entered into force, there were numerous reactions from both Serbia and the US and the EU.

So had American emissary Gabriel Escobar said, until the same issue had come to Pristina to meet with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
