Conjufca: EU has no competence to Kosovo proposes draft for association

He has referred to Jeffrey Hovenier's words, saying the American ambassador has had the word for Kosovo to propose a draft.

“The EU has no competence to propose association to Kosovo. It's a mistake to think that it's the competence of the EU to us, only to target us, and our competence only to be sent to Constitutional. Maybe Havenier had word for Kosovo to propose a draft... I don't think it's the competence of the EU to propos the Kosovo draft. I don't think that Kosovo should stay on the course and that only by bringing the draft that the EU proposes.

 

 

He has already said he is not binding on this procedure and that such is only the 2013 agreement, adding that they are expected to sign the Ohrid Agreement.
