He has referred to Jeffrey Hovenier's words, saying the American ambassador has had the word for Kosovo to propose a draft.
“The EU has no competence to propose association to Kosovo. It's a mistake to think that it's the competence of the EU to us, only to target us, and our competence only to be sent to Constitutional. Maybe Havenier had word for Kosovo to propose a draft... I don't think it's the competence of the EU to propos the Kosovo draft. I don't think that Kosovo should stay on the course and that only by bringing the draft that the EU proposes.
He has already said he is not binding on this procedure and that such is only the 2013 agreement, adding that they are expected to sign the Ohrid Agreement.
I don't agree to this procedure, it doesn't write anywhere, it's not mandatory for Kosovo. Obligations is only the 2013 agreement. We're in a whole new phase. We are waiting to sign the Ohrid Agreement. And the deal is the 7th point, even though you didn't mention it, but it can be understood that it's related to the association”, Conjufca said, concluding that if the deal is binding 100% “there won't be a crying without having to put it on.” ”, Conjufca has declared.
