After launching the hall where the chairmanship meeting was held, he said that today “finally ends one of the main pillars of democracy, which is parliamentary monitoring”.
According to him, today the Vetevendosje Movement has ended one of the pillars of democracy.
It never happened that a government will deliberately block for 6 months a Payful Commission and eventually fail to decide on that Commission. The problem of abuse with state reserves will one day dawn, the problem of unable to operate the main pillar of democracy, which is parliamentary supervision from today is an unfortunate model for Kosovo. From now on, any coming majority will have the precedent built by the VV's blocking Parliamentary Investigation”, Gashi said.
