Beqa: Kurt has carried out his black-page mandate, he doesn't even know the Constitution.

MP PDK, Hajdar Beqa, has said Albin Kurti has completed the mandate without any success.

According to him, the prime minister does not recognise the state of Kosovo.

I'm pretty sure that Mr. Kurt's done it with prime minister, and he's made it black, as the people say, without success. Only damage it has done to the Republic of Kosovo because it is the only prime minister to lead a country that has brought no recognition, but unfortunately it does not recognise either the republic, sʹte knows neither the Constitution nor the symbols, except for the election that has given him the position of prime minister”, he said of the frontonline.
