Democratic League of Kosovo MP Hykmete Bajrami has told Front Online that there is no need to be co-ordination for the vote of international agreements.

“There is no need to co-ordinate at all because we international agreements no longer favour the Vetevendosje Movement, but international agreements on vote when we are convinced they go in favour of improving the lives of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo”, Bajrami has indicated.

Bajrami has indicated there are some agreements they have in the wake of controversy, and that the same will continue not to vote on.

“We have rejected an agreement where the MF has taken 40m euros in social schemes loans, we have several votes for and some against the deal for the Gjilan prison, and there is the OPEC agreement which we have since the first day rejected and we continue to oppose. In the meantime, there is no need for coordination for others. So again, I'm saying we don't even vote for Mrs. Kusari and neither of the Vetevendosje Movement, but we do this because we think we should be responsible for the demands and needs of citizens. There's no co-ordination with VV”, she said.

And, asked whether they are coordinating for the date when these agreements are cast for a vote in the Assembly, Bajrami has said the date is set at the headship meeting, and that there is nothing to co-ordinate.

“Days for sessions are usually assigned to the Headship meeting, but there is no co-ordination to give votes because we have given the votes from the start, besides those agreements that I mentioned to”, Bajrami added.
