Today the Commission for Political and Democracy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has taken an important step forward for Kosovo. The opinion confirms the fulfillment of all of Kosovo's membership preconditions and recommends the invitation to Kosovo to join the Council of Europe as a member state. @ PACE NA will vote the opinion in April”, Kurti wrote.
