The establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities is another requirement of internationals to the Kosovo authorities.
However, the connoisseurs of political affairs in the country are considering that this subject can be solved the same as that of the Decani Monastery as the claims of the American emissary Escobar are being called cut.
The Escobar Declarations were very clear but very critical and leave no room for interpretation. So his request to be sent to the Constitutional Court is an emergency and the sooner Prime Minister Kurti sends this statute to the Constitutional Court, the better it will be for him because, contrary, pressures will only increase until they become unbearable and then we will have extraordinary problems”, political analyst Artan Mujajri told RTK.
Political analyst Arta Tahiri Beqa is also considering that after the Decani Agreement, which was in line with the country's Constitution, the government will continue to implement agreements that are not in conflict with it.
Tahiri estimates that in this case Kosovo should benefit more.
“What Kosovo will gain in this middle, in this dialogue. What does Kosovo get in this conversation? With the issue of the decision for the Decani Monastery, Kosovo received nothing concrete, only it is thought to be part or open the green light for the Council of Europe, which I think is very little. What Kosovo should gain in this case, especially with the establishment of the Serb majority municipalities, must certainly be recognition at the centre on the part of Serbia, and it must also be necessary for Kosovo to open up the right to be a member of the European Union”, Tahiri Beqa said.
Analysts are considering that the agreements that have been verified by the Constitutional Court would have to be lived much earlier so that Kosovo would not be lost in time towards its integration.
