AAK publishes the contract for offices in exploitation, Peci calls (DOKUMENT) manipulative

Officials of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo have responded to a news that has made public Minister Faton Peci, where he through Facebook announced that the ministry he heads has returned 600 square metres to the location of AAK's offices, writes Periscope. AAK has also published the contract they have and the monthly value in it [...]
The AAK has also published the contract they have and the monthly value of cash they pay for used space.
“The AAK has contracts with the Ministry of Agriculture for part of the facility. We pay monthly rents for the exploitation of 569 square metres, on the ground floor and seen at 4552 euros a month, which includes neither basement nor second floor, closed and left miserable. The minister's claims of allegedly “returned over 600 square meters to the title service...” are part of his ordiner manipulation to create the impression that they were being usurped by someone. It is not the first time that Peci has made manipulations of this nature in order to politically fight the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, because even there are few days left where it is”, it is said in the reaction of this opposition subject.
Full response:
The AAK has contracts with the Ministry of Agriculture for part of the facility. We pay monthly rents for the exploitation of 569 square metres, on the ground floor and seen at 4552 euros a month, which includes neither basement nor second floor, closed and left miserable.
The minister's claims that we allegedly returned over 600 square meters to service the title...” are part of his ordiner manipulation to create the impression that they were being usurped by someone.
It is not the first time that Peci has made manipulations of this nature in order to politically fight the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, because it has only a few days left.
We have tried to be careful not to open public debate and contractual relations as responsible subjects do, and to agree to pay a rent that is about market value, for an object that has renovated the Alliance by its means, but this time, we can't say Faton Peci is an ordiner.
The alliance is in its home and will remain there whether someone likes it or not.
With the best intention that the media and citizens do not fall prey to these frauds, we are publishing some photos of the alleged space that they have returned to the ministry as well as copies of the lease for exploitation.
With respect,
Department of Information and Public Relations
AAK
