The film Opsenheimer has kidnapped most of the Bateta awards, including for best film, best director, best actor, and best actor in the secondary role.
The film, directed by Christopher Nolan for J Robert Opsenheimer, the physicist considered the father of the atomic bomb, has won a total of seven awards at the ceremony held Sunday in London.
Cillian Murphy, who has won the best actor award, thanks to director Nolan, who is “always looking for perfection”.
Robert Downey Jr has won the best actor award in the secondary role for his role in film as head of the Atomic Energy Commission.
Emma Stone has been declared the best actress for her role in the Poor Things movie.
The film Poor Things itself won five awards during the ceremony, including those for costume design, makeup, and visual effects.
Da'Vine Joy Randolph has won the Best Actress award for her role in The Holdovers movie, in which she plays the role of a upset cook until the film opens the life of a teacher forced to stay in school for vacation, along with some students.
Other films that have won fewer awards are Anatomy of a Fall, The Zone of Interest, as well as The Boy and The Herson.
