The Constitutional Court in Pristina has said it has expressed concern with <x0setrem” and <x2fyal reference to court” and Judge Edita Canta for declaring a free trial of Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca.
“Gjykata considers that these publications seriously affect the figure of the judge, their independence, and the public's trust in the judicial system and as such negatively affect the independence and impartiality of judges in their mission to render justice”.
“The Constitutional Court Pristina invites public opinion to abide by the interpretation of judicial decisions, as the court takes decisions on the basis of evidence administered in judicial examination, and such as the court's rulings of the first instance are not final, it can be assessed by the highest degree court under the means of hit”.
