Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan has congratulated Kosovo on the 16th anniversary of Independence through a telegram sent to President Vjosa Osmani.
Erdogan said he has full confidence that multiethnic, friendly relations between Turkey and Kosovo, which according to him, take their power from historical, economic, humanitarian and cultural ties, will continue to develop.
“Taking over KFOR Command this year is a concrete indication of the importance we give to peace and stability in both Kosovo and the region and our efforts in this” context, said in Erdogan's prayer telegram, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
Also, Erdogan confirmed Osman's participation in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, which will be held from 1 March to 3 March this year.
