War crimes trial postponed against Milorad Djokovic

According to the indictment, Djokovic is charged with crimes committed in 1998-1999 in the village of Ozdrim and in villages around the Peja region, reports “Justice Trust”.
Judge Valon Kurtaj said the witness had announced last night that he cannot appear at today's session for health reasons.
Otherwise, the November 1st 2024 session had continued with witness hearing Halit Gashi and witness Ferat Morina was heard.
According to the indictment compiled on 23 June 2023, Milorad Djokovic is charged with applying the murder measures, raids, beatings, torture, cruel and inhuman treatment, housing, deportation and deportation of dozens of Albanian civilians. It is also accused of robbing, burning and destroying the homes of the Albanian civilian population.
