Veliaj request in court, rejects SPAK's actions

Two days ago, through a long post on social networks, Veliaj has clarified his position on Friday's investigation and check by BiH, where, between the lines, he also openly expresses dissatisfaction with the SPAK, saying he went to the apartment for control without a court decision.

However, without a court decision to enter the house and plus an unpleasant situation for the entire neighborhood that we've been living in for 12 years, in a palace built 15+ years ago (on which side they were gathered with notice, from who, the media speakers, who had once been placed in the milk lines before the investigative group arrived), my wife has been fully co-operative and transparent with the investigative group, for every request she has even accompanied herself, whether in her office or her parents's home. This is the whole event, which showed that I don't live in unjustified villas, I don't have undeclared apartments, such as hyenas and plenty of ravens that attack me from the first day of this task”.

Erion Veliaj says in response that there are no hidden assets and abuses of office, but even though there may be dissatisfaction with SPAK over the investigation against him, he adds he is open to any investigation. I like what's happening right now in relation to me and whether they look like they look, personally, right at all the PACE actions towards me and my family, that doesn't matter to me institutionally. Therefore, not only do I resist in any form the activity of SPAK prosecutors and investigators, but I expect them to carry it out to the end, as they believe.”, Veliaj wrote.
