The 30-year-old male sex case, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, has been hospitalised at the Infectious Clinic/ QKUK with the date 24.12.2024, After returning from a West African state, with symptoms like temperature, fever, skin changes, face, hand and scratch”It says on the IKPK report.
According to the IKPK, the patient is in stable health condition.
“The IKSHPK has traced all the declared contacts of the infected person and his family, to whom recommendations for the prevention and control measures of the” infection have been given.
“IKSHPK draws attention to citizens because the people affected by the MPox usually experience mild or average symptoms that last two to four weeks, and are completely healed. While alert is needed, there is no room for panic”.
