As we said today and yesterday, Albin Kurti has publicly accepted the conference tonight that he personally gave illegal orders to prevent the Serb List from participating in the CEC in the February 9th 2025 parliamentary elections, and that Vjosa Osmani has immediately confirmed before him.
Kurti unequivocally ordered the attempt to eliminate the Serbian Election List, aware that we are the strongest shield of the protection of the interests of the Serbian people in this region and that nothing can defeat our candidate list and place his descendants in parliament. Kurti publicly, in front of everyone, indicated that he is willing to go against the constitution and laws adopted in Pristina in the fight against Serbian List and the Serbian people, thus confirming what we all know very well, that his regime does not do for the rule of law, for human rights, nor for legitimacy... but he knows very well about autism, dictatorship, corruption and anarchy.
Moreover, the groundless efforts for criminalising the Serbian List and the invention of some ghost scenarios are another evidence that Kurti will not choose any means to deal with our party and the Serbian people and that he will use even the most severe lies. We remember that representatives of the United States of America have clearly said there is no basis or evidence for the charges against Serbs and Serbia for the attack on the Iber-Lepenac channel and that the FBI is involved in the investigation. Therefore, we look forward to seeing the results of the investigation Pristina has sabotaged since the beginning. Finally, we say that he did not intimidate us and that he rejoices that Kurt recognized us as the sole opponent of Serb oppression and oppression, the attempt to remove the right of the Serbian people, and as a shield struggling to preserve the Serb people in these areas.
His hysterical attack on the Republika Srpska list, directly or through his servants, is the greatest evidence of our correctness to participate in this election, to gather the Serbian people under a flag and to oppose the oppression and terror of the Serb people by all democratic and political means. His statement will finally open his eyes to international representatives that Kurti is a naked chauvinist and extremist who will never be willing to respect human rights and multiethnic values in Kosovo.
