Is this government still operating in Yugoslavia?
Among the 16 bills that we sent to the Constitutional Court today is the Water Resources Management Bill, for which I was the host of an MP. PDK.
If the majority did not smuggle this and the other 15 bills into the dark, I had prepared for discussion a criticism at some points against this scandalously designed bill. But I'm going to share only one concern today, which, although it seems to be technical nature, is essentially more problematic than that.
The bill specifys three Kosovo river ponds é region of the Drin, Danube and Vardar basin. Indeed, from the 1990s onward, official documents and professional literature refer only to Kosovo river ponds. Since this bill itself is for the Republic of Kosovo, and not for the former Yugoslavia, there is no sense to mention the Danube and Vardar.
Is this government still operating in Yugoslavia? Why are these Yugonostalgic geographical references?
The concepts of river ponds must be restored with the appointments of Kosovo rivers!
