SPAK has demanded that the measures that were revoted by Judge Ferrela Davidhi remain in force. SPAK has demanded that the measures that were revoted by Judge Ferrela Davidhi remain in force. The SPAK has closed investigations and officially communicated the corruption charge to the former prime minister's Partizan file.
Along with him, the SPAK has demanded that his son-in-law Jamar Malltezi be tried, who is housed for corruption and money laundering, but two businessmen and a swimmer.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha stood at the rate of “house arrest” from December 30th 2023.
This second austerity measure came after he refused to implement the first JKKO decision on the security measure “due to display”.
