He has shown his fears that the Serbian political subject could win the case at PZAP.
In an interview for the “show InfoNata” in Tv1, he has declared that the CEC's decision is not well consulted with the law.
I fear that this decision today can be won by the Serbian List in PZAP, the moment such decisions are made in haste. This is the danger in which decisions are not well consulted on legal basis and reference. That's why I asked for an explanation from MPB” today, Elshani said.
He has indicated that the MPB and MPJD have not answered at all.
“We have submitted requests for verification of Serbian List candidates to MPB. For this request we have received no response from either the MPD or the MPJ, while other institutions have returned responses to confirmation of the Certificate of the Serbian List”, Elshani said.
